1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship your order within 2 working days after a confirmation via International postal system or Courier services GLS, Fedex, DHL, Packeta… Delivery is normally between 2-14 working days, depending on the delivery method and the destination country.

If you did not find your country in the table above, please contact us for an individual calculation of postage costs. We ship worldwide.

*Delivery time by International Post is approximate only and we are unable to guarantee it. The shipment is delivered by Czech Post to the destination country within 2-3 days (Europe) / 7-9 days (World), after that it depends on the workload of the customs office and post office in the specific country how quickly the shipment will be accepted for customs clearance and delivery. Delays in delivery are not common during the year, but can occur for example due to strikes, Christmas season, low capacity, covid, etc. In this case, the customs administration and postal system in the country of destination are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for third party services, in particular for acceptable delays due to the circumstances. But of course we do not waive responsibility in the event of a shipment being lost.
