1. General provisions

By sending the order, the buyer confirms that he agrees to the terms and conditions announced by the seller for purchases on the website www.fogdogmovies.com. These terms and conditions are binding on both parties (seller and buyer).

2. Price of goods and discount codes

The prices are final, the seller is not subject to VAT. By sending the order the buyer accepts the price set by the seller. If the price changes after the order has been sent, the seller is obliged to inform the buyer immediately, who can then decide voluntarily whether to accept the new price or cancel the order. Only one discount code can be used per order, discounts cannot be added together.

3. Order confirmation and cancellation

By submitting an order via the order form on the website, the order is considered binding. The buyer orders the goods on the basis of the order, all parameters of which are specified on the website in the product details. In case of any uncertainties, we will contact you immediately by phone or e-mail. Each order may also be cancelled without giving any reason until it is dispatched, by telephone or e-mail.

4. Delivery terms and delivery time

Goods are normally dispatched within two working days by International Postal Shipping or a Courier Service. Delivery is normally from 3-4 working days of ordering to 2-4 weeks, depending on the method of delivery

5. Warranty

The goods are covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months. The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days without giving any reason and withdraw from the contract. The right of return applies to undamaged and unused goods in their original packaging. Upon receipt of the goods and their inspection, the seller has the right to deduct the costs associated with sending the goods (postage and packaging) and then pay the difference to the buyer by bank transfer. The warranty does not cover defects caused by normal use, misuse of the product and improper storage.

6. Claims

Any claims will be handled in accordance with the applicable Czech law. The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt in order to identify any defects and damage. The Buyer is obliged to report any defects to the Seller immediately, in writing, by e-mail or by telephone.

7. Failure to collect the parcel

The buyer is informed of the dispatch of the shipment by e-mail and is further responsible for taking delivery of the shipment. If the consignment is not accepted or collected by the buyer, the seller is entitled to claim compensation from the buyer in the amount of postage and packing costs. If the buyer requests that the shipment be resent, the buyer will be charged postage and packing for the unclaimed shipment and for the resent shipment at the same time.

8. Privacy Policy

The online shop operator stores and processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll., as amended. Personal data is protected from disclosure and use by third parties. They are only used for sending the ordered goods, communication with the customer and for advertising purposes, provided that the customer has given prior consent to this.
